This guide block moves along the rail with minimal deflection in either direction. The general size specification is 20mm. The guide block contains a plastic insert that should not be removed until it is placed on the rail.     It will also come with a grease nipple that can be installed on either side of the block. You can use a 5\/32” hex wrench to install.     Mounting dimensions: 40mm and 53mm. The overall dimensions are 75.5mm x 63mm. The mounting holes on the block are threaded for M6 screws.    To insert the block onto the rail you want to make sure the sharp points of the rail are located facing up. There are ball bearings inside the block which is why the plastic piece remains inside to hold the bearings in place.
